Tim Welting

Over the last 5 years, Tim has built 84 new construction multi-family units, and has helped acquire, rehab, reposition, and currently manages 2675 doors as an asset manager in Georgia and Alabama. As managing partner of Jubilee Group Capital, Tim is leveraging relationships with Brokers, Banks, Property Management Companies, and Investors to aggressively acquire properties in emerging markets where we know we can improve the local community.
